We founded our young brand Wohldecke in Bremen in 2023 with a clear mission: to bring warmth, closeness, and well-being into every home – all year round. Our high-quality cozy blankets, bed blankets, and electric blankets stand for long-lasting quality, soft textures, and a year-round sense of well-being.

The idea was born in the heart of our city, originally conceived by four of us mothers, when we realized that conventional blankets often lacked something essential: They provide warmth, but not human connection. We were missing the softness, the tranquility—and, above all, what couples and families truly need: blankets that allow us all to relax together at home, soften atmospheres, and strengthen our relationships by uniting us.

Inspired by the North German lifestyle and the Scandinavian cocooning mindset, we design blankets that are far more than simple home accessories. They create spaces for breathing, cuddling, and unwinding—alone, as a couple, or with the whole family.
