It is important to note that the blanket itself must have been delivered either damaged or faulty in order for your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will be made as soon as the blanket has been successfully received by us.
Despite the greatest care and effort in producing this blanket, we cannot completely rule out the occurrence of minor manufacturing defects. Statistically, such minimal deviations occur again and again in the production of textiles, but in an extremely small percentage.
