Despite the utmost care and effort in manufacturing this blanket, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of minor manufacturing defects. Such minimal deviations occur statistically in textile production, but in an extremely small percentage.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for any potential damage to the product. Once received, the condition of the blanket will be inspected, and the final refund decision will be communicated to the customer.
