Die Kuscheldecke besteht aus 1000 Gramm pro Quadrameter (GSM) künstlichem Flanell und Plüschstoff. Je größer die GSM-Zahl, desto kuscheliger wird der Stoff.

Aufbewahrung und Pflege der Plüschdecke:

Waschen : Wir empfehlen einen Schonwaschgang bei maximal 30°C in der Maschine. Verwenden Sie ausschließlich mildes Fein- oder Wollwaschmittel, um die Fasern der Decke zu schonen. Vermeiden Sie Bleichmittel, Weichspüler oder sonstige aggressive Reinigungsmittel, da diese die Textilstruktur des Plüschs und die Farbintensität leicht beschädigen können.

Trocknen : Lassen Sie die Decke am besten flach an der Luft trocknen, um ihre Form zu bewahren. Alternativ darf die Decke bei niedriger Hitze in den Trockner. Nutzen Sie hierfür den Schonmodus des Trockners, um das Schrumpfen der Fasern zu vermeiden. Kein starkes Schleudern, da dies die Plüschfasern beschädigen kann.

Fusselfrei halten : Um Fusselbildung zu verhindern, legen Sie die Decke in ein Waschnetz vor dem Waschen. Schütteln Sie die Decke sanft regelmäßig aus, um Staub, lose Fasern und Schmutzpartikel zu entfernen. Vermeiden Sie übermäßiges Reiben oder Bürsten, da dies die Fasern aufrauen und das Fusselbildung fördern kann.

Bügeln und chemische Reinigung : Nicht bügeln oder chemisch reinigen. Starke Hitze dehnt die empfindlichen Plüschfasern aus, und kann die Weichheit der Decke verringern.

Lagerung : Bewahren Sie die Decke an einem trockenen, gut belüfteten Ort auf, um Feuchtigkeit und unangenehme Gerüche zu vermeiden. Gegebenenfalls legen Sie sie in einen atmungsaktiven Aufbewahrungssack.

The plush blanket reduces heat loss from the human body by up to 6% by preventing cold air from penetrating between its fine pores. In comparison, conventional cuddly and plush blankets can only reduce heat loss from the human body by 10 to 15%.

The blanket effectively maintains the body temperature at 36 °C +/- 0.5 °C. It feels like it increases the temperature of the body exposed to a cold environment by 3 to 4 °C.

How to use the blanket if it feels too thin?

The plush blanket serves primarily as an elegant additional protection against the cold and a soft warm companion for children and couples to snuggle up in.

If it feels too thin, use it as an extra layer for cocooning evenings or as a decoration over a thicker couch or bed cover. Try washing it before use. This can make the fabric softer and more comfortable.

Does the blanket contain animal materials?

No. Although the blanket feels as soft as a cuddly animal, and is sometimes called a rabbit blanket, it does not contain any animal material. It is made of flannel and polyester plush fabric. The OEKO-TEX 100 certificate ensures that it does not contain any harmful substance that would affect animal welfare.

How do you keep the blanket nice and lint-free?

To ensure that the blanket retains its high-quality softness and shape over time and remains lint-free, please follow the above care instructions for storage, machine washing and everyday care.

How eco-responsible is the plush blanket?
